The Alberta Rocky Mountain High Chapter - Calgary 
We meet the third Wednesday of every month at 7pm
at the SAIT Art Smith Aerocenter, located at 1916 McCall Landing N.E. - from McKnight Blvd, go North on McCall Way (past the Aero Space Museum) to McCall Landing (fourth left).  

 

 

We have bi-monthly events that have an educational, social or outreach aspect to them and for the coming year they will be on odd number months (July, Sept, etc). Previous events have included hearing about the challenges and rewards of flying up North, a discussion regarding avionics and how some of the equipment works, a tour of the SAIT hangar/building and an excellent presentation from the Cu Nim Gliding Club complete with them bringing in a glider for us to see.

We do other events outside of the meeting times, like potlucks, tours of museums/breweries/bird sanctuaries/etc. as well as attend/help out at airshows and other events.
