We are pleased to confirm special rates for the 2011 CWIA Conference:
Room Type Single or double occupancy
Delta guestrooms : $149.00
Club Signature guestrooms : $199.00
Each additional occupant above 2 will be charged an additional $20.00 per night. There is no
charge, however, for children under 18 years of age sharing the parent's room.

Note: In order to receive the special rate, telephone requests must identify CWIA Conference. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out times for guests who fail to identify the CWIA Conference at the time of the reservation. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold reservation unless secured by this method.

Reservation can be made now. Reservation requests received after May 15, 2011 at noon local time referred to as the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available and a rate available basis.

Business or business casual attire is appropriate for most events at the conference. 
The closing banquet is semi-formal, business attire or military dress.
